Intricate is a relatively new indie-folk band from West Cork, founded by Clonakilty-based Andrew Whelton and featuring drummer James Carey and Rian McCarthy. The band plays a mix of covers and original songs, with a unique sound that blends indie and folk influences, and they have recently performed at the Clonakilty Guitar Festival.
